Estonian Open Air Museum e-ticket terms of use
1. General terms
1.1 The Estonian Open Air Museum (henceforth: museum) e-ticket terms of use apply to the purchase of tickets through the museum website.
1.2 Definitions:
1.2.1 Service provider – Estonian Open Air Museum; Phone: +3726549111,

1.2.2 Buyer – any individual who purchases a ticket to the Estonian Open Air Museum through the museum website.
1.2.3 Website – the online platform www.evm.ee
1.2.4 E-ticket – an electronic ticket (henceforth: ticket), which will give the holder the right to enter the museum on the defined terms.
1.2.5 Terms of use – general terms for the purchase and use of tickets set by the museum.
1.2.6 Regular ticket – a ticket for a one-time visit to the museum during its period of validity and in accordance with the terms which apply to the ticket.
1.2.7 Annual pass – an annual pass for unlimited visits to the museum during its period of validity and in accordance with the terms which apply to the pass.
1.2.8 Gift ticket – a ticket for a one-time visit to the museum during its period of validity and in accordance with the terms which apply to the ticket.
1.2.9 Special ticket – a ticket which is valid for specialised tours of or events in the museum during its period of validity and an accordance with the terms which apply to the ticket.
1.3 Any which occur during the purchase of the ticket should be reported to info@evm.ee
2. Purchase of tickets
2.1 When purchasing tickets, the buyer will enter their e-mail address in addition to the desired types and number of tickets; for annual passes, the buyer will enter their personal code, first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.
2.2 Prior to payment, the buyer is responsible for checking the types and number of tickets in the cart and confirm that they have selected the correct tickets. Refunds are not available, except in the case outlined under section 5.2.
2.3 Tickets which have been added to the cart by mistake or in unwanted quantities must be cancelled.
2.4 The price of the tickets in the cart includes VAT.
2.5 Payment for the tickets will follow by credit card or by using an online banking link.
2.6 Upon successful payment, a ticket in PDF format will be generated for the buyer.
3. Delivery of tickets
3.1 Tickets in PDF format, along with the invoice will be e-mailed to the address which was entered during the purchase after completion of payment through an online bank.
3.2 Tickets in PDF format will also be available for download immediately after completion of the purchase.
4. Ticket validity
4.1 The validity of the purchased tickets is subject to the terms stated on the tickets.
4.2 A regular ticket is valid for one visit within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.
4.3 An annual pass is valid for unlimited visits within 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.
4.4 A gift ticket is valid for one visit within 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.
4.5 A special ticket is valid for one visit during the validity period stated on the ticket.
5. Ticket returns
5.1 Returns of purchased tickets will not be accepted, except in the case outlined under section 5.2.
5.2 Returns of tickets will only be accepted in cases where their use was use rendered impossible due to reasons arising from the Estonian Open-Air Museum.
6. Rights and duties of the buyer
6.1 The buyer has the right to purchase tickets from the website with the price, validity period and rights determined by the Estonian Open Air Museum.
6.2 The buyer has the right to have the tickets e-mailed to the address entered during purchase after completion of payment.
6.3 The buyer will act in accordance with the requirements set forth by the current terms of use.
6.4 The buyer agrees to follow the museum code of conduct when visiting the museum.
6.5 The buyer agrees to avoid intervening with the functionality and technical solutions of the website. Any activities which could lead to overloading of the website or disturbances in its functionality are forbidden. Monitoring of website activity and copying, using, altering and publishing of the obtained data for any purpose is prohibited.
7. Rights and obligations of the museum
7.1 The museum has the right to alter the terms of use without prior notice. The renewed terms will be published on the museum website.
7.2 The museum has the right to change ticket prices in accordance with the current price list.
7.3 The museum will enable the use of the tickets in accordance with relevant rights.
7.4 The museum is not responsible for any mistakes caused by third parties which lead to a situation where money transfer may fail.
7.5 The museum is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties having access to the tickets (incl. cases where the third party had access to the tickets due to an incorrect e-mail address being entered, e-mails being automatically forwarded from the address which was entered, etc.)
8. Use of personal data
8.1 By purchasing the tickets, the buyer gives the museum the right to process their personal data.
8.2 The processed personal data are data which the buyer enters during purchase of the tickets, and which are listed under section 2.1.
8.3 The processor of the buyer’s personal data is the museum, and the personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data protection regulations and data protection conditions which are currently in force in Estonia.
8.4 The museum will use the buyer’s personal data for selling them tickets and analysing statistics.
8.5 The museum will not forward personal data obtained from the buyer to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law.
8.6 The Buyer has the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data at any time, demand the termination of the processing of personal data and the deletion or closure of the collected personal data.
9. Final provisions
9.1 These terms of use will take effect between the buyer and the museum from the moment the buyer gives the respective electronic confirmation of acceptance of the terms of use.
