7th - 28th September
"Honor the bread, bread is older than us."
The journey to the making of a loaf of bread is long and laborious. Those who want to harvest the golden rye from the fields at the end of summer must sow the grains in the fields already in the previous autumn. We will learn the code of threshing, winnowing the grain, grinding flour with a hand mill, and taste black bread together.
Connection with subjects:
history, handicraft, and home economics.
